The employees working at Rastriya Banijya Bank of Lubhoo branch established the Employee Loan Support Fund on 1st Mangsir 2049 B.S. The saving campaign was initiated by 18 employees of the branch each contributing Rs.50.00 per month.
On 26th Jestha 2050 B.S., a meeting was held with 27 participants and the organization was named Kalyankari Saving and Credit Co-operative Limited. With 27 shareholders contributing a total share amount of Rs. 1350.00, the co-operative was formally registered at the then Central Regional Co-operative Office on 28th Ashad 2050 B.S.
Since then, Kalyankari Saving and credit Co-operative Limited has matured with valuable experience, solving shareholders financial problems, learning lessons and achieving success.
